Booking Terms

All services provided by North Adventure are provided to the customer on the following terms and conditions.

All prices quoted by North Adventure are indicative and subject to dates and availability. Offers are based on the group travelling together and a total invoice, unless otherwise agreed in advance. Any other options can be arranged on request.

None of the tours in the tour descriptions are pre-booked or reserved.

A list of names must be provided to the hotel used for this tour at least one month prior to arrival.

Price:
The price of all tours and offers only includes what is stated in the accompanying itinerary. North Adventure reserves the right to change prices due to circumstances beyond North Adventure’s control.

Payment:
Upon confirmation of a tour, a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be required, unless otherwise agreed. The remaining amount is due one month before arrival. Usual bank fees for processing payments will be added to the invoice.

Changes after confirmation:
Individual changes / adjustments made after a tour has been confirmed will, unless otherwise agreed, be charged at NOK 100,- plus VAT per change.

Changes / adjustments that require additional work after a tour has been confirmed will, unless otherwise agreed, be charged at NOK 650,- plus VAT per hour during office hours and NOK 1050,- plus VAT per hour during weekends and holidays, and after 17:00 on weekdays.

All pricing changes will be identified and presented for approval before changes are made.

Activity provider cancellations:
Activity and transportation providers may cancel excursions due to weather conditions and customer safety. If an alternative activity is offered and the customer accepts this option, there will be no refund for the activities. Additional costs may be imposed for back-up solutions with a higher price than the original program.

Customer cancellations:
In the event of cancellation by the customer, North Adventure must be notified in writing. The following fees are immediately due for payment to North Adventure based on the following time of notification:

0-14 days before scheduled arrival date of itinerary: 0% of the amount refunded

15-29 days before scheduled arrival date of itinerary: 50% of the total amount refunded

30 days or more before scheduled arrival date of itinerary: administration fee NOK 550,-, the remainder refunded.
