Sorrisniva - home to the world-famous Igloo Hotel - is the starting point for a fun and peaceful reindeer ride through the forest. You will meet your Sami guide at Sorrisniva's reception desk, dress in warmer clothing if needed, and then head out into the surrounding forest aboard traditional-style Sami reindeer sleds. The 2.5 to 3 kilometer ride is not fast-paced, so it will be a chance to enjoy the natural surroundings and the company of your guide and companions.

The tour includes transport from and back to Alta if you are not already staying overnight at the Igloo Hotel, coffee, cake or other snacks, and warm clothing as needed. 2 people sit side-by-side in each sled. For an extra charge, you can add a visit to the Igloo Hotel and/or lunch after the tour.
