It's summertime, and the dogs at Trasti & Trine are taking a rest before starting their training for the next year's racing season. But there is still a lot going on at the husky farm, and summer is the perfect time to get acquainted with our newest members: this year's puppies!
Come visit us and take a tour of the farm. You'll get a chance to meet the adult dogs (they are working dogs, but very friendly and eager to meet you). Over coffee and cake served around a fire, you'll hear stories from past races and learn more about the world of dogsled racing. Then it's off through the forest and to the Alta River with some of the older puppies, to give them exercise and familiarize them with the forest environment. Come be a part of the playful excitement!
The tour includes the time at the husky farm, hot drinks and cake, conversation, and a walk with puppies to and from the Alta river. Transport to and from Trasti & Trine is not included in the price. Guests must provide their own clothing and shoes or hiking boots that are suitable for a walk through a sometimes-muddy forest.
